Welcome to Sovereign Sirens Coaching. By engaging with our website, enrolling in our offerings, or participating in any of our rituals, retreats, programs, or 1:1 sessions, you are agreeing to the sacred and practical terms outlined below.These Terms are here to create clarity, boundaries, and trust between us.Please read carefully. By proceeding, you are entering into a mutual energetic and legal agreement with Sovereign Sirens Coaching, owned and operated by Sovereign Sirens Coaching.

1. ✧ Services Offered

Sovereign Sirens Coaching offers transformational services, including:

1:1 spiritual mentorship, coaching, or healing sessionsGroup programs, workshops, and retreats (virtual and in-person)Online courses, rituals, and digital contentSacred business guidance, ancestral healing, and energy work

These services are intended for personal development, spiritual growth, and intuitive exploration. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health, medical, or legal services.

2. ✧ Eligibility

To work with us, you must:

Be 18 years of age or olderProvide accurate information upon registrationHave the capacity to enter into this agreement

By enrolling, you affirm your sovereign ability to make empowered decisions regarding your personal healing and growth.

3. ✧ Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.Payments:

Payment is required in full (or in agreed installments) before services are rendered. For payment plans, you agree to complete all installments, even if you choose not to attend or complete the program.Refunds:

Due to the energetic nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a service has begun. This protects the integrity of the container and honors the energetic exchange.If you’re unsure, please trust your inner guidance before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions prior to booking.

4. ✧ Cancellations & Rescheduling

1:1 Sessions:

You may reschedule a 1:1 session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late sessions are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.Group Programs & Retreats:

Enrollment is final. No refunds or transfers unless otherwise specified. If Sovereign Sirens Coaching must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer.

5. ✧ Intellectual Property

All content shared in our programs—videos, meditations, rituals, course materials, and teachings—are the intellectual property of Sovereign Sirens Coaching. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or share content without written permissionUse our content to create your own programs or offeringsRecord sessions or circles unless explicitly invited to do so

You are welcome to take notes and integrate the teachings into your life and your practice, but the original materials remain energetically and legally protected.

6. ✧ Confidentiality & Sacred Container

We hold your personal revelations, shares, and experiences in the deepest respect. We ask that you do the same for others.What is shared in our circles stays in the circle.

This includes group calls, online communities, and ritual spaces.Sovereign Sirens Coaching is committed to creating trauma-informed, inclusive containers rooted in compassion and integrity. Harmful behavior, disrespect, or boundary violations may result in removal from programs without refund.

7. ✧ Energetic & Legal Disclaimer

By participating in Sovereign Sirens offerings, you agree that:

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.Our work does not promise or guarantee specific results.Any choices you make based on our guidance are fully your own.

We are not doctors, therapists, or financial advisors. We offer intuitive, spiritual, and transformational coaching rooted in ancestral, energetic, and mystical frameworks.

8. ✧ Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone at our discretion if we feel the container is no longer aligned.You may also choose to discontinue services at any time, though this does not release you from any remaining payments owed under an installment plan.

9. ✧ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith resolution and, if necessary, through mediation or legal avenues in the same jurisdiction.
